The Sikh man in question should consult his family doctor for a medical ruling, absolving him of his religious obligation for turban wearing, while riding a motorcycle. As a doctor, I do this routinely for my observant Jewish and Muslim patients who should not fast due to medical reasons, during Yom Kippur and Ramadan. Rabbis and imams always abide by my (life-promoting) ruling.Dr. David Saul, Toronto.
